Hello! I figured to post this here for someone to help me figure this out: I’m experiencing a bug with Seal of Insight not properly applying it’s 10% haste bonus to the Protection, Retribution and Holy specs in PvP at level 90.
I’m currently at level 90 with my Protection Paladin with 5% or 6% base haste wearing crafted pvp gear and am supposed to be getting another 10% from Seal of Insight (unless stated otherwise), I should be sitting at 15%-16% before buffs from other classes that grant haste but it just isn’t applying itself properly in PvP instances (excluding World PvP because it works properly in World PvP), and I’ve exhausted research options to no avail with even more questions than answers.
My experience with Mists of Pandaria when it originally released back in 2012 was when Season 13 (Tyrannical) was available and the issue wasn’t there as far as I remember, so coming across this is a bit frustrating as this technically is a bit different than what I remember.
I’ve tried applying it before getting into the battleground and after I get into the battleground for the past few days upon reaching level 90 as Protection and doing PvP as the spec, it hasn’t applied it’s bonus properly at level 90. At 85 it was technically applying itself properly if I had under 30% haste. I’ve had multiple other paladins through games ask me the same question, and I can’t give them an answer even though I’d love to share my opinion with them.
If anyone has any insight (haha, see what I did there?) about this issue, please let me know. Or even post in here that you are also having an issue with Seal of Insight so that it gets a bit more attention (maybe even what seals do you passively run as any of the 3 specs).
