Mists of pandaria character screen when logging in

When ever wife logs on. The first thing that comes up it the character create screen for the remix. Has to crash the client up to five times now for the ‘normal’ screen to come up.

Any ideas?
Havent’ tried to reset the UI as yet. Hoping for something in the forums, but nothing yet.

remix and retail are the same screen.

not the problem… no normal screen ever shows up … go straight to the char create screen for MOP.
