Missing vault item

So I chose the Mythic Bloodbath Signet in my vault. Received the 10 key, but not the ring. Any ideas on what to do?

Iā€™d first recommend a UI reset, as this sounds like a scenario where something may be causing you to not see the item even though you received it.

Thank you. Got a similar response to my ticket confirming the ring is safely in my bag and an addon is causing an error
