My underlight angler is currently missing, I dont have any of the buffs associated with the item on the character I had it on as well my legion fishing skill has been reset on all of my characters when I know I maxed it while legion was live. I have checked my profession tab and it is not in the slot for a fishing pole.

I didnt check all my other alts
but while my rod is still present on the two chars I did check.
There are many threads about how alot of the rod’s buffs are not working (not just the Undercurrent teleport, but the other stuff like the reduced agro range)
BLizzard needs to let people know whats going on with this.
