Hey guys! During legion remix I made sure to unlock sargerei commanders voidscarred regalia and once my characters were swapped to retail normal servers its no longer in my collection. Can you guys please help me figure out whats going on? and please dont say it shows i didnt get it and not help me…. ill cry

Here is an update from a blue regarding transmogs:
This doesn’t help with my issue. I unlocked the transmog in legion remix via achievement and the achievement is now gone and my transmog from my collection.

I also found that the items I collected from Legion Remix in the last 2 weeks seem to have gone missing. This includes hidden artifact appearances. I thought it was limited to just the transmog system and Legion remix characters, but it seems to have included my regular characters, collecting the appearances as well.
still no word on this its really frustrating ngl
