Cowl of Malefic Repose missing from transmogs, while per my adventure guide for ICC 10man Heroic, I do have it unlocked, however when I look through the transmog cloth helmets its not there.

This has also been confirmed by a Game Master, that form their end they do infact see that I have it unlocked in my wardrobe… while they unfortunetly stated they couldn’t re-grant the item or take direct action I would have to create a bug report. I dont see how this would be helpful as im doubtful a bug report will initiate any kind of “fix” for 1 person or 1 problem. I’m also at this point… Im pretty frustrated as there is nothing I can seem to do about this. If this gets investigated and fixed YAY! if not… this kind of sucks. The simplest fix would be to allow the GM to re-grant the item. I’m not running multiple characters through ICC for a CHANCE to get something Im already supposed to have.
(Yes this is for a Mage and the cowl is a cloth item NOT locked by class)
