When it first went live, collected my funds and purchased an item. Got it immediately…Couple hours later, I go back after finishing some quests, and to find the pet to /love that I could not find earlier. Purchased 3 more items. When I’m in the trading post it tells me that they are learned but I cannot find them in my Collection, on any character, but trading post says I have them. Anyone else?
I froze the pet from Feb and purchased him in March, my tokens are gone but no pet.
I submitted a ticket, and they directed me here.

check your filters in game.
If you’re using an NVidia gpu make sure your drivers are updated. A lot of us had this issue at the beginning of the month with February’s items and updating the drivers magically made them reappear in our collections.
It doesn’t go in your bags. It will appear straight into your collections.

Glad they figured it out, but very confusing how graphics drivers could cause something like that…
Yeah that’s what I thought too! I was like no way. The collections weren’t glitched or anything it was just like I’d never collected them. Sure enough, though, I updated the drivers and poof! There they were o.Oa
