I only received 750 Traders Tender from the Collectors Cache.
According to the explanation post I should have gotten 500 for this month and an extra 500 for purchasing Dragonflight, for a total of 1000 Traders Tender.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I got 1k for the month/DF and 500 for the quest. Tho apparently I’m a lucky one as some people have been having theirs just outright vanish.
I had the same problem. I got my initial 1000 tokens, completed the quest and got 500 more. Check my currency tab and only had 1000.
I came back today, spend some of the tokens and the cache trader chest was glowing. Open it up, the 500 tokens was there.
I’ve gotten 0 tenders despite my efforts.
Yeah there is this. Blizz didn’t make it clear that as you earn tokens you have to collect them from the chest. They don’t automatically appear in your currencies.
Same boat, opened a ticket and they said it was a known issue. Added my name to a list, guess they plan on giving them out next fix idk.
I’m still waiting for them to fix it for some users like myself. The game tells me to go collect the tenders but when I do, I get nothing. I restarted my PC and used the ‘scan and repair’ option in the Activision Blizzard launcher of the game. And yet nothing. They had a 1 hour maintenance (dated Feb 2 2023) period but that didn’t fix it.

I cannot see an available quest, I am guessing that it is the npc next to the vendor that grants the quest.
I only got 1,000 I didn’t get the 500 for the quest. But then I shouldn’t expect the B team to actually release any content that doesn’t have major bugs in it.
There’s a starter quest to check out the trading post. One of the steps is to click on a little piece of paper nailed to the tent stand on the right as you’re facing the post. Impossible to see if there’s 50 people standing there.
Or did you get no quest whatsoever?
You are right, the note on the side of the trading post starts the quest, I totally missed seeing it; so many people crowding in blocked my view.
Got it and completed it now.
I have logged back in and now all my tender is gone; so I guess that is a thing too.
Yeah, a guildmate of mine had their entire total vanish, and now has 0. Great feature.
I still have zero currency and no cat mount. Nonfunction system for me so far.
I disabled all my addons and tried different charaters, and differing levels. Nothing. The trade post chest just animates but I never receive anything, nor am I able to purchase any items from the NPCs. 
At least today the progress bar said I’d completed the month’s activities, and go collect my rewards from the chest. And around and around we go with that darned chest. 
I got like 2000 and havent completed the monthly quest yet, got 1k at the start, 500 for some quests and another 500 for the chest
Mine have all disappeared from my currency tab, so that’s cool. Collected some that I had earned from the journal from the chest on an alt and it added nothing, and now I don’t even have Tender in my currency tab. And no I haven’t maxed out the monthly or even earned the mount yet.
You get like 500 tender on every alt that loots the chest, but it doesn’t actually get added. Was hoping it was bugged and I’d get thousands of tender.
I just collected 500 traders tender from the chest and I already had 500 before openeing it. Now I still only have 500 
I just was told to go to the chest to collect tender and I already had 2,000. I received another 500 but when I look at my total it is still 2,000. So now I am wondering if I am still earning and not receiving or there is a cap of 2,000 which means I am supposed to spend each month? But because I didn’t burn off tender, I just lost out on the 500 tender.
Yeah same, i had 100 left over from last month and got 1000, had 1100. Its suddenly vanished as of today.
