i bought today a pet bed toy and when i learned it my whole toy box from my collections disapeared.
I already checked and i have no filters on or anything, disabled also add ons and still is not apearing its just in blank.

Might want to try a complete UI reset to rule out anything wonky with addons.
I know you have already mentioned this, but for any others: make sure that under the Filter button, you have all items checked in “Sources” and “Expansion”

also be a character with max level - most toys have level restriction
I know I’m late to the convo, but this happened to me, too. I ended up downloading an addon for toy boxes and that cleared up the issue (or at least I can now see and enjoy my toy box items!).
I , too, have zero items in my toy box since last week. Where’d they all go?
