I was transfering my timewarp badges yesterday to another character in my warbank and they never transfered to the other character - however theyre missing on the original character. I lost about 5500 badges
I had the same problem. Put in a ticket under Loot and Items and state how many you lost. Attach a screenshot of your transfer history (look under Currencies tab, there’s a history button). I got all my currency back within an hour of putting it in.
The Currency log for me doesn’t show the transfer but I did make it…I was on discord with friends talking about it.
If you know exactly how many you had, you should still try to put a ticket in, they should be able to see it on their side I believe.
I placed a ticket in and they were able to replace the lost TW amount. So I suggest submitting a ticket and giving that a try

This gives me hope that mine will be, as well. I lost over 9k last night and the first ticket I opened (via Blizzard .net support) was closed without resolution with that GM stating they could do nothing for me.
I opened another ticket within the game, under “item restoration” “other” around noon today and have not yet heard anything. Looks like your ticket was addressed within an hour, so that’s a bit disheartening. Still hoping, however!

My missing badges have been restored!
In case it’s helpful to others - opening a ticket via Blizzard .net’s support service is NOT the way to go. That GM was unable to do anything and didn’t even know that anything could be done. He just made several suggestions offering steps that might work.
Instead, use the in-game “Support”, “Item Restoration” feature. You’ll be directed to another site, follow the prompts from there.
