I’m posting to let somebody know that the TCG tabards I got back in 2008-2009 are missing. I had 2 Tabards of Frost, 1 Tabard of Nature, and a Tabard of the Void. I didn’t delete them, sell them, or misplace them. They are just gone. I can still transmog them, but that isn’t the point. I want the actual tabard itself back on the characters they belong to.
I did make a ticket, but it disappeared and when I made another, it said it couldn’t be submitted. 
There is a certain vendor that would have the TSG tabards if you did get the TSG tabards. Did you check that vendor?
This has been an ongoing bug for a little while now. You would need to post a bug report (either here on the Forums or in game).
Yes, I went over to him and he still wants the code for it. Luckily, I still had my receipts from back then, so I was able to give him the code, but he wouldn’t take it. The code had already been used, so I guess that’s why.
Then I think the best option would be what Kyzera meantioned, report it as a bug.
