Anyone else missing transmogs? My account has the fire horns I purchased before they went away, been working fine until the last couple of days, now they are just not there and each character I log into defaults back to no xmog on the helmet.
Send in a ticket. That ain’t right.
Mine are all still there.
Blizz needs to fix this ASAP! Abusing whales is illegal!!

i seem to be missing every plate transmog in the game, it’d be nice if blizzard compensated that with every plate transmog in the game

I only ever got the frost/skull one. Couldn’t even tell you if it shows in the library, to be honest

I kept having bugs where various store mogs were missing and reappearing in my journal yesterday. It kept reverting my helms and shoulders when I logged out. I just quit the game for a while and when I went back it seemed to be sorted.
I didn’t see anything on bug reports yesterday or GD, figured it was just me tbh.
No it’s not that, I can see the fire horns on the login screen, but when I get in they are gone.
Is it possible you have a quest item or toy that is covering the head slot transmog? I’ve done that a few times.
No it’s just completely missing from my game, showing on the login, but when I login it defaults to no xmog and it’s not in the list of appearances.
Yeah that sounds like a bug.
Did you see them on any of your other characters?

When I did a character transfer to another server it messed up my pets - badly. It took them a couple weeks to fix it (they were very nice though). I’m wondering if it’s a related bug or something new.
My mogs go missing when I copy my account to the PTR.
They show up again when I log back into the Live game though.
I don’t know if that’s what happened to you, but it’s worth logging out and back in to see if it’s fixes it. 
Search by name Jewel of the Firelord. I tried to find the Crown of Eternal Winter and had to search by name. It didn’t show in the catalog otherwise. Ive seen this before. Like it cant show everything for some reason
I had this problem today. Tried a bit of everything. Relogging, reloading UI, deleting all of my addons and even curseforge… Reset Cvars or whatever they’re called. Scanned and repaired the game and nothing. Out of frustration I restarted the game once more and they were there again. Had to redownload all of my addons and setup UI again, and had to pay 300g to remog my gear. Was really trash, but to me it seems just rng on which restart of the game will return the tmog to you.
Regarding missing helm appearances “We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended for some players. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.” This is kind of shoddy if they took them out. When I purchased them years ago I wasn’t aware that it was a “Lease agreement”.
No mine are coming and going as they feel like it, today I had them, tonight I don’t lol, just up and down like a few things this patch.

it’s obviously just some sort of display issue, and they’ll get it sorted… just like they have every other time this sort of thing has happened.
…why people need to resort to such drama at every given opportunity is completely beyond my understanding.
I think they misunderstand the situation. They think they took them out of the game. When it’s just that they were taken off the store. And not even permanently.
