Since the removal of void storage I have been missing a piece of legendary gear. I had duplicates of same item except one was a higher rank and item level. After doing everything five different GM’s told me to do and even do other things I thought of. Even going to the extent of a fresh install of the client, game and logging in to my account from a computer I still only see the lower rank item. Because it being legendary item you can’t sell or destroy it and carry more then 1 so when six different GM’s told me I have in my bag and bank or both are in my bags I questioned it. I even ask them to destroy the lower ranking item and was told they couldn’t do it, but they can destroy the high ranking one that was in my void storage in my eye because I can’t see the higher ranking legendary any where. I was afraid this was going to happen after the GREAT BANK THEFT. Why don’t they tell you the truth about where the item went?
