I’m missing some Nerub-ar Finery currency. I currently have 5, but I believe the expected drop rate is 8 per week, correct? I can’t defeat more bosses because it doesn’t seem to drop, and it’s been two weeks with only 5 drops for me. I’m not sure if there’s a bug with the catch-up mechanic or something else going on.

Well two things are at play here, both working against you unfortunately.
You are posting in the Technical Support forum, which is for things like hardware, software, connection issues. You’re problem is not a technical problem but sounds more like a bug in the game. You will want to move this or make a new thread over in the a Bug Report forum so Devs can see what might be going on. You are unlikely to receive a reply from them. If you’d rather you can also report the issue in game.
Second, the forums as a whole are a player-run support network of sorts. There is some blue moderation (mainly on the Customer Support forum) but by and large this is a place for users to help other users.
So why the “gms” tell you to open threads on this forum?
How the hell im supposed to know if its a bug or not, the ticket that got answered was the most auto reply stuff i ever sen in my life lol
It might be the initial response when wait times are long, and it’s in a category gm staff likely can’t help with.
Did it mention at the end to reopen the ticket if more help was needed?
Usually they refer here if the ticket is under a technical or generic help ticket.
I don’t believe these have catch up mechanics, i did find mention others were getting 7 per reset, out of 8 bosses.
