Attained 1800+ rating in 2v2s and the rival achievement. Received all elite transmog pieces except for gloves, legs and boots which I understand is obtained at 1600 rating.
Am I missing something?
Are you talking about the wrathful gladiator’s transmog? If so, then you already have those 3 transmogged to them.
Nope, referring to the sinful gladiator’s plate set (elite) unlocked upon hitting 1.8k pvp rating for shadowlands season 1.

Got the exact same issue last night. Hit Rival and did not unlock the sinful elite plate set. Did get the cloak, which is supposed to be 2.1k+. Bugged for sure

well I raised a ticket with Blizz, still an on-going issue tbh, I followed the instructions where I performed a full UI reset, which included me removing addons and addon managers. Still didn’t fix my issue. I hope this gets recognised soon… really annoying bug …
It looks like Blizzard knows about this. From the ingame help menu if you search for sinful elite transmog:
We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
Double check if any filters are hiding the missing appearance. If the appearance is still missing then kindly submit a bug report to the World of Warcraft team so they can determine the impact this is having on the community.

got it fixed guys ! just send a ticket for a mog problem , around 1 hour after sending your ticket, blizzard is gonna contact you by ingame chat and fix that for you . good luck !
