My character is level 29 and I want the goodies for my Rogue. I submitted a request to support and you said " on your request about the Shadowfang Keep dungeon, where you are not able to queue on it, Classic Cataclysm
From what I could check, you should be able to queue if you are within the level range (22 - 30), not sure if at the moment of your queuing, you were below the level required.

In the support forum, this dungeon seems to be and has been a problem for years unfortunately. I tried to submit a bug report in the game, but I get the circle of doom which is even more frustrating. I don’t want to play that character since I am at level 29 cuz I don’t want to miss out on the achievement. Please HELP>
