I was told by a GM to post this on the tech support forums, so I guess I’m trying this instead.
I looted and learned the mount 'Anu’relos, Flame’s Guidance yesterday (after 11.1.5 dropped,) but I was not rewarded with the Feather of the Blazing Somnowl or the Cinder of Companionship while learning the mount.
I have triple checked that it is not supposed to matter I’m not a hunter or druid when learning the mount–all classes are intended to receive all 3 items and use them to unlock the proper flags on your entire account.
I’ve even checked several times if the druid form or hunter pet just unlocked on their own, but they haven’t. I’m being told by support that, because this hasn’t happened to others, it’s not even a ‘bug.’ I’m getting frustrated and don’t know how to fix it at this point. I have screenshots that prove I’m missing the items but I’m not allowed to post them on the forums or even link to them, apparently.
