So I just got my friend to try Wow but we don’t have the same realm list any way we can fix this we are both should be on Us West. he has the realm Blood Furnace and I don’t see that anywhere

Are you trying to play Classic?
If so he must be using the wrong client because Blood Furnace is a retail server.
