I believe there was an error in calculating my rank points after this pvp week concluded today Tuesday March 17th. Despite being at the top of bracket 13 at standing 8 with over 1750 players, I was only awarded 11550 rank points instead of the full 12000. If im not understanding the brackets correctly and how rank points are distributed then please let me know how it works. Thanks
So this means in bracket 13, you guys who are stacking never accounted for having an Anchor, or you overstacked
If there are 5 Bracket 14 spots and they are all stacked neatly at 650k honor
and Bracket 13 is stacked at 500k there is 150k differnce between the floor of 14 and the ceiling of 13 and this will cause a massive loss in RP for those in 13
To avoid this with stacking you need to always Stack 14 with 1 less spot in mind. So if 4 people had stacked and the last person in B14 was technically stacked with 13, now there is what’s known as the “Anchor” and the differnce between the floor and ceiling is much smaller and people stacked at 13 should recieve their full 12000 RP
- The only spot with a guarenteed set number for RP is standing 1 at 13000
Thanks appreciate the feedback. Does this only apply to br14 and 13? For example this same week bracket 12 had no issue with their rp despite being 150k honor below the bracket 13 cap. that being said br 13 was not full stacked meaning not all the spots were stacked together and neither was 12
