I was attempting to work through the Horde War Campaign in BFA and was unable to interact with Nathanos Blightcaller to progress through the active quest I had “A Stroll Through a Cemetery”. I attempted to abandon the quest to pick it back up to see if that would solve the issue but after abandoning Nathanos would not give the quest again.

Same is occurring for Alliance War Campaign. It looks like the scaling is busted and we are now too low level for the quests.
I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I was on the same quest “A Stroll Through a Cemetery”. Got to Nathanos, nothing happened. Abandoned it. He wouldn’t offer it again (at the ship). Logged out/in, etc. Nothing.
Having this issue with “tracking sirens”
having the same issue on the Horde war campaign in BFA. was unable to turn in quest and abandoned it but now nathanos doesn’t have a quest marker to pick it back up. submitted a ticket but it says average wait time is 8 days… has anyone found a fix yet?
Still having this issue as of this posting. Has this post been completely ignored? I can’t find any other information anywhere in regards to a solution, or even any acknowledgement that anyone knows a solution or cares to find one.
I put a number of characters into BfA content prior to Dragonflight. Some of them started the campaign, and still have quests in their quest log ready to turn in or partly completed that are now red to them.
