I have flown all over the map and I can’t find any new quests after I got some and did those. The map shows 2 ! mark but there are no NPC at those locations.
I have completely cleared Ringing Deeps and mostly cleared Isle of Dorn (2 side quests to do)
Can someone point me to the breadcrumb that I might have missed or a specific NPC? I can’t do much in City of Threads until I got reps up and they start being friendly to me.
Edit: update the map layout confused me. When I was doing Ringing Deep to clear all of the quests, I was at the south end of the zone and Azj-Kahet was the nearest “next” zone which gave me the misleading impression it was the next area to be in, not Hallowfall. When I did all of the main quests in Hallowfall, I was able to find missing Azj quests and got the achievements.
The correct zone orders are: Isle of Dorn, Ringing Deep, Hallowfall, and then Azj-Kazet. The main quests will not unlock out of order and some of the side quests are also behind later main quests.
