Started first chapter “Among the Kyrian” of Kyrian Campaign, and completed the quest “A Calling in Bastion”. Just before accepting the next quest “Our Most Precious Resource”, I logged out. Now this quest (or any other quest in Elysian Hold) is no longer available.
I have tried reloading and relogging with no effect.

I have the exact same issue, I completed the “A Calling in Bastion” quest just before restarts this morning, logged out and logged back in. Now I cannot progress the campaign as Hermestes does not offer another quest, nor can I talk to Haephus.

same here after the restart yesterday i relogin and poof no quests
I’m in the same boat. I’m not getting the quest ‘It’s All Coming Together’ in order to complete the first chapter.
same problem other covenant revendreth i finish 3 world quest and log out when come back the quest is gone.

I can not get the quest “Our Most Precious Resource”. I logged out in between the quest “A Calling to Bastion” then turned it in, only to have no follow up
Exactly the same for me! I logged because the reward box from the “3 world quests” quest wouldn’t open, I’ve had this problem multiple times with not being able to right-click things in my inventory.
Now there is no quest in my log, no quest available from Haephus, or anyone in Elysian hold, nor in Oribos. Campaign in the quest log says “accept Prison of the Forgotten in the Maw”, but there’s no quest there too.
I submitted a ticket and Blizz said they didn’t have time to read my ticket, but gave me a bunch of boilerplate fixes that didn’t work, and told me that GMs can’t assist with quest progress. I resubmitted that ticket.
Sigh, so frustrating! Now I kinda just wanna go with my second choice covenant!
I got the same ticket response but have requested to speak with a GM. Fingers crossed they don’t take forever.
I’m in the same boat with the “Prison of the Forgotten” quest not appearing and have requested to speak to a GM after getting the boilerplate response, haven’t been able to find any kind of work around as of yet to get past this.
I’m in the same situation but after the complete 3 world quests never got further turned off all addons still hasnt fixed have a ticket in but estimated time is 7days!

My problem resolved itself. Unknown if a hotfix was done?
Only thing I did was run a random dungeon and a heroic MW
I ended up changing covenants after 24 hours with no fix.
I have the same problem in that I am at Elysian Hold and there are no further campaign quests available.
I think my problem is that I only did campaign quests, no side quests, and so I am only level 52.5 and the next quest requires level 53.
if its your first toon than yes there is lvl gating for quests and you have to double back to do side quests if not than you entcounter the bug we have ran into its been over 24 hrs and no hot fix the only solution found is to change coveants

I logged into my guy again, who’s been camping Elysian hold, and the quest appeared out of nowhere. I did nothing to fix this, so I guess they’re on it. Good luck guys!
I was also able to go to Elysian Hold and pick up a quest to keep the chain going as Burpnuggets said, though it also said to go to the Maw still and there was nothing there.
Confirmed. Quest has re-appeared.
