Hey all, as suggested in the text below, I am looking for the solution to my issue. All names and webpages have been blanked for privacy. This is my ticket and response from Blizzard GMs so far… If anyone has a suggestion on what to do, please respond.

So I am trying to complete my Ogri’la rep and I have the Into the Soulgrinder complete but my next pick up Speak to Mog’dorg isnt available. I have researched all I can and I cannot figure out where I am in the chain. My rep is Friendly (since reps are merged). I think its a partial phase issue and a merge character issue. That patch that allowed for all reps to be account wide may have caused a bug with individual characters. I never completed the questline with my druid, I completed it with my dk (now deleted). I went to all of the quest pickups that leads up for this particular faction rep, all of them are not available. I downloaded Grail to help me find the quest I need to pick up and the pickup for “Speak to Mog’dorg” is not there. I can talk to that NPC but that’s it. I just want to know if my current character needs to start from the beginning?

I’ve taken a look into this and please remember that this is a breadcrumb quest and that it is not required. On the other hand, we haven’t been receiving reports regarding this, which means it is most likely working as intended or has been caused by a recent update. Taking this in consideration, we don’t have any workarounds at the moment nor can we provide any compensation regarding this since it is not a verified issue yet. Still, since there is a chance for this to be a recent bug, please report it in-game since it’s the best way for it reach our developer team. Our developers are always working as fast as possible to fix the latest bugs, so please expect this to be working as intended after one of the upcoming hotfixes.
