Logged in today to see my Algarian Stormrider mount from pre order WW xpac is now missing. Had it for the past few days ever since I purchased pre order content and now its missing. Anyone else have this issue?

mine just vanished along with all the other preorder items… Logged out to restart pc for up date, came back and boom gone

Same here. I just submitted an in-game ticket. I got the Epic Edition and all of my stuff is gone, and my account isn’t showing that I prepurchased it.

Also have this issue - all the preorder stuff vanished. Mount isn’t showing in my mount list, transmog set is gone, etc.
