Started quest Return to highmountain for the race quest, wanted to use the portal to Dalaran but I don’t see it where it’s supposed to be in as pointed by the game’s quest guide system ( Dustwallow Marsh in front of Tabetha’s hourse.)

Never, though i never went there before. Leveled in dragonflight, went there just for the highmountain race quest.
Thanks - none of the portals for this quest are showing for me no matter where I go. Just abandoned. Oh well.
