I have 4 chars in the Shadowlands, 3 lvl 60 and a lvl 52. All 4 did the same story line but 2 lvl 60 do not have the steward. I went back and checked if I missed any quests but I did not. How do I get the steward on my 2 chars?
Are they kyrian?
Are you asking about the covenant ?
Firstly, if you’re not Kyrian, too bad.
Next, if you are Kyrian but you’ve never picked a steward (or just want to change), you can always just go back to Hero’s Rest and pick one. You can do this once a week, I think.

How did my druid lvl 52 get his steward if he has not picked a covenant yet.
When you’re questing in each zone through the story (if 52 you’re in bastion) you get that zones covenent ability. Once you finish that part you’ll then lose your steward and go to maldraxxus and get the necro lords ability.
