I am a returning player and am missing some of my mounts, did anyone else ever have this issue?

I’m trying to see what else I am missing. I did notice that it isn’t even one of the listed mounts on the mount list, so maybe thats the issue?
You can put in a ticket and Blizz can do something if you did indeed have them.

Ive been missing my Vashʻjir seahorse for a while now. Seahorse rustlers got him i say!
I just put in a ticket, I’m going to see if I can pull my old TSM data as well, but that will prove difficult

You can also move this to the the CS forums to see if they might be able to help. It’s possible they’re on another account.
idk, have you logged into the character that learned the mount? depending on how long ago you are returning from. like xmog wont update till you logged into characters after they did the update. but the whole combined characters on the account thing was verry long time ago. 
maybe that was a bug and it does it all automatically but i think you’d still need to log in the character for the game to register everything. 
I think those are by character and not account wide.
I had not considered this. I have alot of accounts and will do this now. Thank you so much for this.
