Missing Mount from Journal

I was doing the Mountmania event, and notice that a Mount that I have earned from the Mecha-Done achiv is missing.
I still got the achiv credit, but the mount is missing, anyone got the same problem?

I have other mounts missing if you find a fix.
Illidari doomhawk was one.

This has been an issue hitting people for years. All you can do is create a GM ticket. Then another 5 tickets to get past the chatbot until an actual human fixes it.
