Hi, after a few ticket ive been told to post here, a while back i had my two U.S account merged together and in the process, it removed my sinful gladiator 's soul eater from my collection, so im hoping posting here will help fix this. Thanks
It is not a bug.
Moving a license from one Bnet to another doesn’t take any Bnet level items with it.
Anything on the collection level will stay with the original account.
Edit: found my old ticket from when I moved my licenses to one Battle.net. This was in their reply letting me know what would be lost. The support articles is long gone.
The thing is that the bnet account that merged with my main one had not the mount on it, it was on my main account which remained the same minus the 3 toons from the other account thag got moved in
