Apothecary Thedra and Courier Dawnstrider are missing from where they are supposed to be for this quest. Have done it before on other characters. Just AWOL after today’s maintenence/patch…

Its true .
Looking at other threads, there are a multitude of NPCs all over the game who are not spawning correctly right now.
Noticed when you walk into Eversong from Ghostlands, the NPC phases out.
Still broken and no reply from support
