I won the chest Queensguard Carapace off of Queen Ansurek in LFR and did not receive the item and it is not in my mailbox. The raid was on 10/5/24 and I was the top roll and we only had a pending roll remaining from a Demon hunter who had not yet left, so was ineligible to win the plate chest piece. I have yet to receive the item in the mail.
