Just logged into my Priest, she’s missing about 30 - 40 bronze lvl Storm Dust, 1 bronze lvl Gleaming Shard, and around 40 silver lvl Weavercloth Bolts.
I only remember the numbers because I logged on earlier and was doing crafting. Here’s a SS. I know it doesn’t prove anything, but you can clearly see where the items would fit:

Is this happening to anyone else? Please tell me there’s a fix coming - I really don’t want to lose items I farm hours for.

Might want to move this to the bug report forum, though I have seen other posts stating this probably is visual to you only, and the items tend to reappear later.

And I hope so, but other items I loot are going in those slots, so … 
It happens to me pretty regularly and only to the reagent bag. This week it happened to 3 of my characters (now have the items returned) but usually happens only once a week for me. I know this since I always keep my reagent bags full or at organized so there are no empty slots next to one another. The good news is that if you keep those spots empty, the items will eventually come back in a day or 2. This is very annoying when I need to craft and the reagent are missing.

Geez, this really needs a fix. Gonna drive me nuts worrying about it now. >.<
I went ahead and refilled the slots with the same missing mats, so that’ll work, yeah? Like the bronze lvl Storm Dust will just stack on the existing ones there now?

I just happened to me yet again today. The frequency seems to be getting worse every week. My stack of Quality 1 Gloom Chitin on my skinner just disappeared. I know I had some since I was skinning just before logging off and again I did not leave any blank spots at the top of my reagent bag. I expect to reappear after tomorrows reset.
