Missing items from inventory?

I just noticed my High Warlord’s Blade is just completely gone from my inventory.

I’ve had this item for over 6 months now…what happened to it? Can I get it back please, without having to farm the honor?

All of my Mana Potions are missing as well.

it would be more believable if the toon wasn’t lvl 43 >.>

I farmed a TON of mats for jewelcrafting before drop and half of them are missing from my bank now..

I don’t post often so I wasn’t sure how to swap my character avatar when I made the post. This is the character I’m missing my HWL Blade. Been rank 14 for a long while now
