In order to purchase Draconic Missive recipes from Rabul I have to be Preferred in the Artisan’s Consortium. But I am Esteemed, so I should be able to get these. But Rabul never has any of those missive recipes available. I’ve checked several times over several days. Where else can I get these and why doesn’t Rabul have them as he is supposed to?
