Missing Heritage Armor Sets!

The following races did not get a Heritage Armor Set / Questline:

  • Orc
  • Night Elf
  • Human
  • Troll
  • Draenei
  • Pandaren
  • Undead

I really love Heritage Armors, have leveled some alts just to unlock them. If only we had Heritage Weapons too…Do you think we will ever see those for the remaining races listed above?

"Existing" Heritage Armors:

  • Orc - Kind of have theirs already. See Garrisons.
  • Night Elf - Sort of have versions of theirs. See BFA 2nd warfront.
  • Human - Kind of have theirs already. See Garrisons.
  • Troll - The lack of armor is probably in-line with their “heritage” cosmetic…
  • Draenei - There are already quite a few “Draenei-esk” armor sets scattered throughout TBC and WoD content, though none are universally wearable by all classes.
  • Pandaren - The closest they have to an existing “heritage” cosmetic is likely the Shadowpan Replica Helm along with whatever aesthetically matches it.
  • Undead - There are so many cosmetics in the game with skulls and poison and… mix and match.

Any armor set that can be used by other races is not a Heritage Armor set.

Yes we definitely will. Blizz has said multiple times the rest will happen eventually and are slated for later in SL. Last we heard of it was at Blizzconline where they said they were working out concept arts for them.

Chances are good 9.1.5 will have the first set of sets.

Heritage weapons is totally up in the air. They’ve never really commented on it. One can only hope.

Agreed, heritage armor sets need to be unique.

They are holding on to those weapons for next expac. So they can call them new “features”.

Really hope the Pandaren heritage set lets us go back to the Wandering Isle.

Also I have a strong feeling that Orc, Human, Undead and Night Elf are gonna be left out and they’re just gonna say “Well you have warfront armors”
