Hello I did a gear update on a character that had the Heart of Azeroth and legendary cloak from bfa and those items went to the mail but I can no longer see the mail so the items are essentially missing. I wanted to do some coalescing visions but it requires the cloak and I have some HOA tokens that cant be turned in to the forge or destroyed.
I submitted a ticket to get a gm to restore these items but they said the did not have the power to restore the items and to submit a bug report. They also said it did not look like the items have been destroyed so I guess they just got lost in the mail, hopefully a dev can fix this. The character is Noranais-Proudmoore.
I also did a gear update on a character that had the Hearth of Azeroth, and submitted a ticket. I was also told to just post it in bug fixes. I also dissabled add ons, checked bank, void storage and reset the UI. I am unable to complete the quest without the Heart of Azeroth. Previously someone posted on Wowhead that a GM was able to mail them a replacement Hearth of Azeroth. My character is on Wyrmrest Accord
Looks like there is a fix for this, no idea when it was added but if you go to silithus and talk to magni he will give you a new heart of azeroth ilvl 301. Unfortunately you will have to gather all the powers again. gyazo dot com/b94b896aaf788cbdbe38b3602f6bfb52
Now we just need a fix for losing the legendary cloak in the mail so I can do horrific visions to purchase all the missing heart powers.
