Missing head enchant reward

Hello the current post has been submitted to support but I posted it here as Blizzard requested, I cannot play the game I am missing this essential head enchant quest reward and cannot even redo the quest or claim my reward i worked so hard for I don’t want to quit the game but I might be forced to, every raid checks me for the enchant and kicks me out now I tell them I literally can’t do anything I did the quest already.

Quest Name: The Power of Dreams

Issue: IT RESET

I have spent so many hours raiding multiple times and finished collecting everything for this quest and when i went to turn it in it reset the entire quest and wiped all my progress. this has to be the most frustated ive ever been with the game in my years playing and i went to go submit a ticket and i got a error so i had to retype this again :frowning: can this get resolved so my quest is able to be turned in i spent so long and am locked out from playing the game this week because the quest reset. help ASAP greatly appreciated thank you so much. i have this whole scenario recorded of my completion and everything wiping for no fair reason for a player to bare.

You may want to change your title to something accurate that actually relates to the problem at hand. You literally can play the game.

Have you tried going back to the NPC to get another? If that quest isn’t there you likely still have it hanging out in a bag or bank somewhere.

Edited: I think I misread your initial post, I thought you were missing the reward not that the quest didn’t reward it.

You hadn’t don’t a faction change in between starting and “completing” the quest, had you? That would cause the wipe.

Is the quest still in your quest log?

no i didnt faction change, i have the quest in my quest log after i turned it in like it’s a repeatable quest but i’m missing my quest reward, i can’t do the quest again as the bosses won’t drop the essences
