I logged in a few weeks ago to find many items missing from my guild’s bank. There was an entire tab of bags, and several other items (too many to list) were missing without any log of being withdrawn. I had contacted the GM’s and filed a bug report hoping that my items could be restored.
I was told by the GM’s I contacted about the issue to make sure to post in the bug report forums to draw the attention of the QA team.
I lead a cross-faction cross-realm guild [Horde for Hire (on Ravenholdt)] and I know that there was a blue post about this very subject, but the blue post was from August and my items went missing after the new year (2025).
If this is still the same bug that caused the blue post, what is being done to prevent guilds like mine from losing all our items again?

That thread implies the issue was resolved so it shouldn’t be happening still - the remaining issue being that affected guilds may not have gotten all of their items restored (if any).
OP had the exact same issue happen more recently than that, implying something broke it again. CMs can merge this into the megathread if they deem it necessary, but if there’s another instance of this bug occurring, it makes sense to me for them to draw attention to it in this way rather than dropping it in a sea of comments complaining (rightfully) that they haven’t gotten their items back from the original bug.
