Below is the message I ticketed in game, I was then told to submit a bug report which I have now done 3x but this issue still persists so another GM told me to post here.
"Hello, I checked my mounts and noticed Grievous Gladiator Cloud Serpent was not in my collection then I checked my mail and noticed the mail sent from “King” Dond had a congratulations letter but did not contain my Grievous Gladiator Cloud Serpent.
This mount is very sentimental to me as it was the first time I ever achieved Gladiator. I have attached the imagine of the mail in question.
Thank you so much for your help."
your achievements show you got first got glad in october 2014.

The title cut off in s14 for Gladiator in 5’s was 2553 and I sat at 2560, you can see from my statistics, I am even wearing the tabard from that season. You can check on arenemate.
I got the letter congratulating me with the mount, it just did not contain anything, I got a separate letter containing my Prideful Gladiator Mount.
