After completing my third bountiful tier 11 delve, the gilded stash did not spawn. I was not able to loot it for the 7 gilded undermine crests. However, the game is registering that I have looted it. My gilded crest total is lower than 21, so it’s impossible for me to have looted those crests. I would like to have those 7 added to my character’s currency since this is a bug.
I submitted a ticket ( Ticket Number: US103838663) with screenshots and received this response:

I understand how frustrating it must be to complete your third Bountiful Tier 11 Delve only to find that the Gilded Stash did not spawn and you couldn’t loot your Gilded Undermine Crests. That’s definitely not how it should work, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
After reviewing your case, I can confirm that Game Masters are unable to manually grant currency or items affected by in-game bugs. However, since the game registered the chest as looted but didn’t provide the rewards properly, this does sound like an unintended issue.

So here I am submitting a bug report. I’m still missing 7 gilded crests and want to report this so I can get them back somehow.

What led you to that conclusion?
The UI for tier 11 bountiful delve shows 3/3 gilded chests looted.

I have the same issue, 3/3 looted but only 18 crests (7 + 7 + 4 from map). I attempted a 4th level 11 because I thought I had missed one, but the chest didn’t spawn.
I have the same issue on Citysin-Blackhand (EU) in S2 Week 1. I did three T11 Bountiful Delves, one of them with a Delver’s Bounty, all with lives remaining.
All interface panels (Delve entrance, Delve summary which is from the Plumber AddOn, etc.) now return 3/3 claimed.
When I check my Gilded Crests in the currency tab, I only see 24, and the Saisonal Cap says 24/90, which reflects that I didn’t use any.
With the 10 from the Hidden Trove, this number confirms that I’m missing 7 from one Gilded Stash.
Unfortunately, I don’t recall if one Stash was missing, but I’m certain I always looted all available things in the treasure rooms.
I hope there’s not some weird issue with using the Delver’s Bounty early and not on your third T11, and this flagging the last of the 3 Gilded Stashes.
Or having 24 Crests before the 3rd Gilded Stash somehow capped me, so the game didn’t allow me to go over 21 with Crests from the last Stash. (That would suggest that I only use a Delver’s Bounty on my 3rd T11 and never loot the Hidden Trove before my three Gilded Stashes.)
I can con concur that on my 3rd lvl 11 bountiful delve that i did not receive 7 gilded undermine quests in Myromancer Cavern. This is on the 2nd week of the season on my Warrior Visipac. I can confirmed that I capped out the previous week at 31 gilded undermine quests (3x7 + 10 bonus) but now only have 45 (31+14) even though it shows me looting 3 gilded chests and maxed out for the week (still need to do the bonus gilded crests.
I sent in a ticket and got a similar reply as above and put some extra details in the suggested bug report.
I wonder if Blizzard got enough QA since this bug is getting through their processes.
Just to confirm, I opened all of the chests in the area on my Warrior Visipac.
Same here on my DK Zhul. Got my 31 last week and did the same thing again, ended up with 54 total crests. (Short 8)
I am facing the same issue. Completed my third t11 bountiful sidestreet delve on 14 Mar 205. Did it with a delver’s map, but did not receive 7 gilded crests from the delve. My progress bar shows that my 3 delves are completed, but I did not receive my crests.
And it happened again today, this time on my character Lazey (Blackhand EU). I started the week with 3 Gilded Crests, did two T11 delves, and am now at 17 Crests, but the entrance interface says I won’t get another Gilded Stash.
With a maximum of 62 Gilded Crests every 2 weeks from Delves and Enchanted Crests requiring 60 this sucks, because it always throws me back a full week.
Did not use a Delver’s Bounty, so obviously not tied to that.
This is my second toon this week I dont get the 3rd Gilded Stash. why? plz fix this
