This was posted over in the customer support forums. I came here at the suggestion of another.
So after my server was merged, it seems all of the work orders I had being worked on in my garrison for tailoring are gone. I had a full 36 in process when I logged off the night before the merge. When logging in today, they were all gone. Nothing in my mailbox either. I had to start a fresh 36 orders today due to the issue. What happened to my work orders? I thought I would either see the completed work or my materials in my mailbox, but nope.
