At 10am this morning, i had 12 hours left. its 440 pm and i have 1 hour left? Seems very sus. Especially because last night it said 2 days. WHAT IS GOING ON.

People here aren’t going to know why the system is displaying it like that. You can try the customer service sub forum and maybe get a more accurate answer.
More like sharing my exp to allow others to realize that its potential visual bug. Either way, telling someone they have 12 hours when they in fact do not, on a launcher, seems to be pretty scammy. I have no problem with the resubbing. The problem lies in the fact that some arent so fortunate.

The website will have the most accurate info. Other places you can view it tend to be buggy.
It was the bnet launcher. And i understand it could be a glitch…but again…i got no notice of any game time added to my account as a result of blizz adding a day of gametime…went from 12 hours to 1…and now at 9pm it says 10 hours left. The frustration comes from, no communication thru out the process. Added stuff to my account with no explanation. Then it was seemingly reverted. And now back…with more. I went to Customer Support. They confirm time WAS added. When? Shows my account losing sub tomorrow now. But the math aint mathing. Again, merely frustrated at the lack of communication from this company time and again. And wanted others aware that you cant trust anything but your own account number at this point.

I’m not sure what communication you were looking for. Your account page on the website will always be accurate. And if you need more information, as you see, one of the SFAs are always willing to give you more info.
There’s really not mush else to be said. The Bnet launcher has been a mess of bugs for ages. Game time showing up incorrectly, maintenance times showing up incorrectly or not at all, etc.
Always trust your account page. And game time, as Vrak mentioned, is always added at the end of your timeframe. What it sounds like to me is that you logged in when the system was rolling you over into the gifted time and it fluked upon login. I could be wrong, but that’s the most logical answer, as that’s happened to me before.
Brother what im saying is this. 5pm i tried to log in. Couldnt, no game time. Now i can log in?! Thats an issue is my point and this whole point. And you probably have the most solid answer to this. Why cant a blue or some community member say these things? Because they have no idea thats why. Hence needing to bring it to light. Also about the whole adding game time without telling anyone brings more red flags than i can count.
Which I believe was also in the news section of the launcher. And that tells you to check the account page on the website.
