Missing Fractured Sparks

I have done all 3 weekly quests throughout the past 3 weeks, as well as the discovery quest and the free fractured spark quest. I have received 3 fractured sparks from all this, but have not physically received the 2 from the last 2 quests (archive discs last week and delves this week). I’ve talked to 3 GMS and they suggest submitting a bug report…Is there anything that can be done with this? At this point, I don’t like I will be getting them anymore if I am not receiving them from the quests and am already falling behind not being able to craft any gear.

after some research in your account I could check that you’ve competed the “A Sparkling Fortune” and “A Golden Circumstance” quests which have granted you 5 Fractured Spark of Fortunes.

Is there a bug that once completed “A Sparkling Fortune” quest it can remove all the Fractured Sparks obtained. This can result in players missing Fractured Sparks.

That is the reason why we recommend using the in-game reporting tools in the support menu to submit a bug report. Also, you can post a bug report in our official forums: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/15043 .
That way, our team can gather as much information as possible. As Game Masters, we have certain limitations and cannot directly fix in-game bugs immediately. These types of issues are typically handled by the World of Warcraft development team, whom are daily checking the issues our players are facing in the wow forum.

Having the exact same problem. I fear you are correct that we will not receive anymore until they get it fixed.

I submitted a bug report in-game. Hopefully there will be a resolution soon.

Same issue here on one of my characters. Missing two halves now.

Similar issue here. blizzard refused to acknowledge this. I haven’t gotten a spark for several weeks. Reported bugs. Opened tickets. I was able to get a GM to give me a fractured spark, but I am still behind by two.

The support is awful. They could at least let us know they’re looking into it.

I had the same issue today, I complete the pvp weekly quest and finally got one, you can try that.

I am also in the same boat, and after submitting 2 tickets and getting very vague and useless responses I am very worried that I am just going to be a spark behind the entire season.

On Tuesday I logged in, did a m+ BEFORE I did any pinnacle caches and got a catchup spark from m+ putting me at 5, as I did not acquire a spark fragment last week.

After that I did every single source of spark fragments I could think of, every weekly ect and I am still sitting at 5 because none of them will give me a fragment. This makes me think that with the bonus spark they gave us for the cheating going on 2 weeks ago something got goofed up and if you collected a catchup spark before doing your pinnacle caches that is what is causing this bug.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
