Missing fractured spark again?

missing fractured spark of fortunes again. didnt get one last week but wanted to wait for this week to see if i got one (i did). have 2 crafted items and one fractured, but i know people with 3 crafted items. what is going on with sparks this season they seem turbo broken

So, how many sparks SHOULD we have as of this week? I think it should be seven, because I have three full sparks (crafted bracers and 2 handed weapon) and then one fractured in my bag. But then I have an add on that tracks a ton of stuff that thinks I only have 5/7. But that could be because of getting a couple from the “stuff got messed up” quest from the guy by the catalyst thing.

I am missing two fractured sparks as well. GMs refused to give them to me despite me being behind, and I verified I am capped. I finally got a spark from a pinnacle cache this week.

Apparently this needs to be reported here but there has been no update here. Both departments seem to be ignoring the issue. It’s really frustrating. I want to at least see some indication that they’re working on resolving it. I have been at this for weeks and I have never heard anything about any willingness to resolve it.

Same here (had to level up a char level 10 to post in the US forums).

Missing a full spark (2 fractured one) on one of my alt. It’s been 2 weeks and support isn’t helpful at all saying there’s no bug.

I don’t know how to replicate this bug, but it seems it has to be with the two quests to get the free ones and the order we did it.
My weekly is capped (5 fractured on week 5), the free ones disapeared and we’re missing now a full craft without a way to get it back IG or from support.

It is indeed really frustrating.

GMs are saying there is no bug. Bug report forum clearly isn’t getting through to anyone. We have zero recourse other than just creating a new character. They really need to do something about this.

Same issue for my demon hunter, is at 5 fractured sparks total, where other characters are at 7 fractured sparks (3 full, 1 half). My DH seems to be permanently one full spark behind. Would be nice if they acknowledged the issue.

They’re radio silent. I really think they believe there is no issue and that we just need to accept that they won’t fix it.

We know how important “fairness” with sparks is to them, so it makes no sense that they’d have this low on their priority list.

Same problem. I didn’t receive my spark last week because I logged in before the reset, and—guess what?—the weekly spark quest bugged. I submitted several tickets but never got my spark.

This week, I received my spark from the cache and was hoping the “catch-up” one would appear, especially since the GMs said everything would be back to normal. However, despite completing all the meta quests, LFR, Heroic, 3/8 Mythic, and six M+ runs, I still got nothing.

I think the “catch-up” mechanic is bugged. I submitted new tickets, only to receive the same generic, copy-pasted response every time.

Honestly, I’m really tired of this neglect.

From what I could tell, I spent weeks 3 and 4 capped upon logging in. Week 5 was normal. But now I am permanently 2 fractured sparks behind.

GMs are telling me to just play the game, but I can guarantee I’ll catch up faster if I create a new monk.

And yes, the neglect is infuriating. I have FF14 installed and they may lose a player over this.
