There is no Flight Master at the Keepers Respite in the Maw
Have you unlocked it i believe theres a chain to unlock it.

It’s not a flight master. It’s a portal (though it kind of acts like a flight master). On your first character, you have to do the complete Korthia introductory quests to unlock it. Once you’ve done it once, alts get a skip option (in the main room in Oribos where you select a covenant). You can select “skip to Korthia” and it will unlock it on an alt.
