Where is the expert fishing books at ? Im in BB at Heming he has none. Thought he had unlimited supply of them. Unless its not in the game
There appears to be a cap on profession skill levels. So they may have been removed until the appropriate level associated with them in SoD.

Yea if I am not mistaken, Expert is locked at 26 (125-225). I would wager it will be the same for Artisan as well.
