Missing Enemy Cast Bar

I do not see the enemy cast bar in classic. I disabled all my addons and still do not see it. Is there an option to turn it on or was it never a thing in classic?

I tried multiple scripts / macros I could find online and had no luck. I hate to uninstall the game…

It was never a thing but there’s an add on whose name escapes me.

Download the addon “classic castbars.”
