Okay, so I’m not sure where to post this but I swear I am missing two druid forms. I don’t have the Nature’s Fury form or the Ghost of the Pridemother and a couple of the Ashfang ones. I don’t know if this is just a glitch or if I’m just stupid and I haven’t unlocked them, I remember I unlocked them many years ago and being able to use them.
If you have multiple druids, it helps the SFAs if you give the name-realm of the druid(s) in question that you believe earned the tints/appearances, just so it’s a bit easier if any of them have a moment to peek into things.
If you have multiple accounts though, and did any transferring around, those tints/appearances would be locked to the account they were earned on. I know that can oftentimes be the culprit.

SFAs. Support Forum Agent, the Blues that you will see popping in the threads here in Customer Support.
And yes, if you have multiple druids, it helps for them to have a character to look at specifically. Or if you have multiple accounts that you pass characters around between, the same reasoning goes. You don’t have to, if you’re worried about people tracking your alts, of course. It’s just something that helps make their jobs a teensy bit easier if they know where to look.

Though if you are concerned with others (aside from Blizzard) seeing any names you list, you can hide the text and only Blizzard will see it.
How to do that:
Encase any text you wish to hide (only text not punctuation or numbers please) in between the < > symbols.
Example:
<hiddendruidname>
