I have been trying to get the blue moonsaber form for my druid. I have all the vials filled and have joined them together. I returned to the location where the stone should be and it is not there. I have tried logging out and waiting a day but still nothing. Does anyone have any thoughts? Is it bugged and not achievable?

This is a question for Wowhead. Stick with the guides from the website regarding specific mount/skin drops. And look at the comments people post as they may have been in the same situation as yourself and/or know what is going on.
I don’t play druid so i don’t have the exact details, but this is your best resource for finding an answer. And ignore the trolling.
