So on launch today (12/13/22) of S1 of DF, I ran a M0 Ruby Life Pool to get a mythic keystone with my team. After completing the dungeon the other 4 people in my group received their +2 keystone like usual at the beginning of the season. Except for me. Through out the day I ran multiple keys at varying levels and still did not receive a Mythic+ keystone? Was not in my mail, not in my bags, or in my bank. So I opened a ticket with blizzard and without talking to me or opening the ticket they immediately set it to resolved? This is incredibly frustrating and as someone who pushes their own key to 25+ every season I feel as though I’m being cheat of my time. Would love an actual response instead of the follow reply to my ticket that has been 0 help what so ever.
The reply to my ticket was just support links that offer 0 support and 0 assistance with the actual problem. The only “support” in there are posts from 1-3 years ago? How is that helpful to my current predicament?

Yeah don’t bother ticketing , Its faster you just run another one and get your key

Having the EXACT same problem on my Priest. I have ran 6 keys today and have not received a keystone in my bag, mail, or bank. I was able to get a ticket in, but the estimated response time is 12 days. People have been telling me I’m crazy, it’s not possible for this to happen, but I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one. Very frustrating. =/

Luckily, I run a lot w guildies so will just run with them.

If you’re missing a key other runs won’t give you one.

Had same issue…have completed 3 keys so far and no stone. also NPC wont provide stone outside bank

Now that I think about it, I did a +2 SBG. But we finished within I think a +2 upgraded but I only got a +2 key. Shouldn’t I have gotten at least a 3 since I was doing a 2 and timed it? I never really did m+ so confused how it works.
It seems odd that your key never increases unless it’s the one used. Do if you have a 2 and run a 5 with someone else’s key, you stay with a 2 but someone with none gets an upgrade. Do you upgrade your own you need to go back and run much lower keys with your own or else completely rely on other’s keys.

same issue, i run multiple mythics tonight and i didn’t receive any M+ Keystone, i even talked to Lindormi to claim a keystone but she didn’t give me any keystone

I’ve run multiple keystones, and checked my bags/bank/reagent bag/reagent bank. No keystone. Very frustrating.

You think that’s bad, we ran a +10 Jade Temple last night, timed it, except the key didn’t end.
The game never registered Wise Mari as dead, even though the boss wasn’t there and the courtyard opened. We couldn’t fix it, we couldn’t even get our loot.
Joke company.
Had the same start Myself, M0 Ruby Life Pools, 4 ppl got keys, i was unlucky. jumped in a pug after to try get one and no luck. did keys all day with guildies (got all other forms of gear) and changed characters, reload ui, talk to lindormi NPC- she didnt have the option on day 1 to ask for a misplaced key but this morning she did. sadly though its not working and im on day 2 no keystone. at the mercy of the game sadly, should be in great vault next week if all else fails
I also never recieved any key, i did M0 and like 4 or 5 keys, i sent a ticket yesterday and average wait time was over 11 days, this morning my wait time is unavailable. i hope this gets fixed as i too like to run my own keys.
I have the same issue as everyone else has described. I also have the issue when I log into any character, I get the frame from the pre-patch saying:
"Unable to earn new rewards after this week.
Any unclaimed rewards will be lost after the launch of Dragonflight."
Nothing I do besides a script will clear the message, I can’t access the oribos vault anyway. Does anyone else have this issue? Maybe they’re connected bugs.
Same here. Ran three M0s, and two M5 dungeons using guildmates’ keys (++ one of them, + the other). Not a single time did a Mythic Keystone drop for me or my wife. We checked all of our bags, post letters, banks, etc. Pretty frustrating. Good thing my support ticket will be handled in 11 days and 6 hours, though.
I dont know if that can help. i did a lot of keys, like 10-12 and i did a 9. Got a keystone on a 9 burial ground
Same bug. I got mine after completing m+ all m+ dungeons (8th, the [The Nokhud Offensive]). Not sure if it is coincident, or the bug on their side that must complete all m+ to fix this “bug” for some people.
I was having the EXACT same issue. I actually thought you were me but from another timeline. Anyway, I DID talk to the chick, outside the bank, and clicked “I lost my keystone” and she gave me one. I really hope this works for you. Good luck!
